If you’re looking for a practical, convenient and moreover affordable way to maintain a healthy lawn, then the Einhell BG-SC 2240P Petrol Scarifier certainly fits the bill. Designed and built in Germany, it’s driven by a high-performance 3hp (118cc) four-stroke engine, so noise, running-costs and carbon-emissions are all minimised. The engine drives a rotating cylinder that’s equipped with a set of 36 fixed, hardened steel knives. These work to gently remove any growth-inhibiting thatch or moss that have built up on the lawn surface; a process that when undertaken regularly (every four to six weeks) will leave you with a lush, green lawn. IBEA 4033 VERTICUT SCARIFIER

IBEA Verticut is not afraid of hard and difficult working conditions and can be equipped with mobile blades which comb the soil, removing the thatch without penetrating, or with fixed blades which dig small furrows for aeration or fertilisation of the soil.
The aluminium chassis makes the machine light and manoeuvrable and an optional collector bag is available.
The 4hp Total Power OHV 4-stroke petrol engine is reliable and ideal for this machine which has an ergonomic design which makes it safe and easy to use.
