Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Switch, Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule
PLEASE NOTE: 95% or more of our products are held in stock at any one time and will be shipped next working day. You will be emailed upon dispatch with the anticipated day of arrival. All orders will be processed weekdays and deliveries take place Monday-Friday. Orders received by 2pm on a weekday will generally be dispatched the same day. Upon receipt of your goods please take care to examine them carefully before signing for the delivery as you are being asked by the courier to confirm not just receipt of the goods but that they have been received in good condition. If you suspect that there may be any damage to your consignment suffered during transit please write DAMAGED IN TRANSIT clearly when asked to sign. Failure to do this may impact on any claim you make as to the state of the goods with regards to damage or breakages after the delivery has taken place. All goods should be checked thoroughly within 5 days of receipt and no claims for damage will be accepted after this point. Guarantee
All products are supplied with the manufacturer's full guarantee. If your product develops a manufacturing fault during the period of guarantee you may either arrange with us for the product to be collected and examined by our engineers or make use of the extensive networks of manfacturers' agents around the country. In the event that a product is returned to us and the fault is found not be a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to recover any costs incurred including carriage charges and labour time. Customers are further advised that the manufacturer's warranty will not necessarily cover the cost of taking the product to and from the manufacturer's agent and except for larger items such as ride-on tractors this will normally be the responsibility of the customer. Details of your nearest warranty agent can be obtained directly from the manufacturer. We will provide our customers with a manufacturer's Warranty and Service Hotline number where required. (Please email customerservice@mowerwarehouse.co.uk.) The terms and conditions under which we supply goods to you do not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Mowerwarehouse Price Guarantee: We guarantee the lowest prices! When purchasing from us you can be confident that you enjoying the best deals. In fact, we're so confident of our discounted prices that if you find a lower price online for the same product being provided on the same basis we'll not only match that price but deduct a further 10% of the difference between our price and our competitor's! (For example: If we advertise a product for £100 and you find the same product being supplied on the same basis elsewhere for £95, we'll match that price and deduct a further 10% of the £5 difference in price i.e. 50p. The total price you would pay in this instance would therefore be £94.50.) We'll even honour that promise for up to 1 week after your purchase allowing you to shop today with total confidence that you are always going to get the best deal. |

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm We offer a 30 day 'cooling off' period from point of delivery during which time you are free to examine the goods received. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason you may return it providing it is boxed in its original packaging and unused and you notify us in writing during this time period. The cost of carriage will be deducted from any refund issued. All returned products will be examined before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and recover our costs in the event that a product is returned and found to have been misused in any way - e.g. on petrol models where the engine has been run with insufficient engine oil.
